Renewing Membership (for existing members)

If you are already a member and only want to renew:
Simply transfer the semester fee of €54.
You can scan the  QR code with your banking app or transfer manually to:

New Membership

New members must register before any payment or participation of any course or event: 

Semester Membership

The membership fee is €54 per semester. 

• Billing/Membership is done exclusively per semester.

• Monthly payments are not possible.

Semester periods:

• Winter semester: September – February

• Sommer semester: March – August

Alternatively: Start with Joining Fee

This option is suitable if you want to get started gradually.

Procedure:

• Register as Member via "Register now!" form.

• One-time joining fee: € 30

• Valid for the first 3 months of your membership

• Afterwards, please topped up your membership fee at €9 per month until the semester ends, and continue with semester billing.

• If you would like to terminate your membership, please use the form "Resign Membership!".

Example:

• Registered as Member in September

• Semester runs until February

• Remaining period: 3 months (Dec–Feb)

• ➜ Remaining amount: €27 (3 × €9)

Please pay the monthly top-up independently via bank transfer (please use one transaction for each Member).

Alternatively: trying out without paying

This option is ideal if you're still unsure.

• Registrierung as Member via the "Register now!" form.

• If you do not pay the joining fee or semester billing within 14 days, your membership will automatically end.

• Valid for two units/parties within 14 days.

• You can only try out once per year.

• If you wish to maintain your membership, please independently pay the membership fee or semester contribution from the start of your registration.

Notes 

• The membership fee serves to support the association’s purpose and is not a course fee.

• Participation in regular courses is free for members.

• Participation in events with external trainers may require an additional fee depending on the event. An active membership is always required.

• Participation in events might be possible without payment (one of):

  • if the event is open to the public

  • if there is a cooperation with another organisation (contact board if you would like to cooperate)

  • if you qualify for guest listing due to your significant contributions to the dancing scene or your work as a dance professional (please contact guestlist to be registered)

• Paying the membership fee grants voting rights in the general assembly during the membership term.

• No further costs are required to establish or continue membership besides the membership fee.

• As a member of SPORTUNION, we participate in support programs such as „Willkommen im Club“.
